Package Agreement Form
This is an agreement between the customer and LaJoshKim
Enterprise on the scope of the work to be done.
Time-Coding Form
To insure your recruitment DVD or VHS includes the exact
plays you want... we must have you "time-code" each
play. To do that, make sure your game is rewound to the
very beginning... and your VCR or DVD counters is set at
00:00. As you come across a play you want to include in
your highlights, write down the counter setting at the
beginning & end of that play and a brief description
(see sample below). Add about 3 seconds before and after
each highlight. You will receive between 3 - 6 (base on
package selection) SlowCam (slow
motion) highlights that enhance the impressiveness of
the play; select the checkbox for each SlowCam play.
Then rank your plays in the order you want them to
appear on your highlight (typically, best plays should
come first). An arrow pointing to your athlete at the
beginning of each play will make him easy to spot.
